The Problem We Solved
Most productivity apps treat every user the same. They store tasks and ping reminders — but they know nothing meaningful about the person behind the screen. a. AI-Powered Onboarding That Never Stops Learning
From the first launch, Spheres starts building a personal profile. The onboarding begins with structured, predefined questions covering work schedule, family situation, household responsibilities, and daily routines — then hands off to an AI question generator that creates open-ended follow-up questions based on answers already given.
With at least 10 custom question component types — including the Activities component where users define unlimited recurring activities with days and times — the AI builds a detailed map of the user’s real life before they ever open the task screen.
b. Conversational Interface Across Topics
The core of this AI life manager mobile app is a chatbot-style interface that organises conversations across named topics — Deadline, Career and Work, Family and Parenting, Health and Wellness, Financial Management, and more. Users simply talk to the app naturally, and the AI handles everything else.
The app automatically extracts task or meeting data from the conversation, pre-fills every field — category, subcategory, due date, probability score, reminder type, time estimation — and presents a clean review card before saving. Users can accept, edit, or reject any AI-generated value.

Spheres creates a fully personalised daily schedule entirely from the user’s profile and previous behaviour. Work days receive professional, productivity-driven plans. Off days are awarded automatically for leisure activities, family time, and personal interests.
The scheduling feature includes an AI chat interface for plan adjustments via conversation, supports saving multiple schedule versions, and lets users finish by clicking the “Set Schedule” button. Schedule filters let users specify the day type (Focus Day, Meeting Day, Mixed Day), work approach (Strategic to Tactical), and solution style (Creative to Technical) for even more tailored results.
e. AI-Powered Cross-Topic Search
The AI life manager mobile app includes an intelligent search engine that scans the user’s entire history of tasks, conversations, and data across all topics and surfaces the most relevant results instantly. Search results are grouped by topic with a dedicated AI Result panel showing the top matches and direct links to relevant conversation threads.
f. Smart Task Management with AI Auto-Fill
Every task in Spheres is enriched by the AI. When a task is created or extracted from a conversation, the app automatically generates its description, category, subcategory, time estimation, complexity rating, and reminder type based on full context. Users can accept or customise any field.
Tasks are managed through a full system with filtering by status (Active, Completed, Archived), priority (High, Medium, Low), effort level, completion estimation, and category, giving users total visibility over everything in their lives.
g. Function Calling Architecture (MCP-Style)
The technical backbone of this AI life manager mobile app is a function-calling architecture modelled on the MCP protocol. All internal app functionality is exposed to the OpenAI model — so the AI does not just generate text responses. It calls actual in-app functions with precise parameters based on user prompts.
